Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Portland Panorama Scavenger Hunt ("the Hunt"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not participate.

2. Eligibility
Participants must locate all designated scavenger hunt locations and collect the unique coin numbers at each site. Only those who successfully submit all required coin numbers through the official online form are eligible for prize selection.

3. Prize Selection and Notification
Prizes and winners will be determined by Portland Panorama. Winners will be contacted using the information provided during submission at the conclusion of the film festival. Winners do not need to be present to claim their prize. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

4. Conduct and Disqualification
Participants agree to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any form of cheating, tampering with submissions, or attempting to manipulate the Hunt’s outcome will result in disqualification.

5. Limitation of Liability
Portland Panorama and its affiliates are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, loss, or damages that may occur during participation in the Hunt. Participants assume all risks associated with their involvement.

6. Indemnification
By participating in the Hunt, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Portland Panorama, its contest developers, partners, sponsors, affiliates, volunteers, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your participation in any aspect of the Hunt. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, loss or damage to property, and any disputes arising from interactions with other participants or third parties. You acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

To enter the Hunt, participants must submit their name, email address, and phone number via the official submission form. Additional optional information may be requested but is not required for entry.

2. How We Use Your Information
The information collected will only be used for:

• Verifying eligibility for prize selection
• Contacting winners
• Improving future Portland Panorama events
• Sending event-related updates (if opted-in by the participant)

3. Data Protection and Security
We take appropriate measures to protect participants' personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee complete security of electronic data transmissions.

4. Third-Party Sharing
Portland Panorama does not sell, trade, or rent participants’ personal information to third parties. Information may be shared with event partners solely for the purpose of conducting and fulfilling the Hunt.
